Research by Britain’s largest convenience store group, SPAR has revealed that the traditional British lunch ‘hour’ has shrunk to an all time low.

While the results give Britain’s bosses over £22.66 billion of FREE manpower each year, here at Brindleyplace we believe taking a lunch hour helps improve concentration and boosts productivity.
