Reclaim your lunch hour at Mash House!

Research by Britain’s largest convenience store group, SPAR has revealed that the traditional British lunch ‘hour’ has shrunk to an all time low.

On average we now take just 35 minutes and 39 seconds to enjoy our lunch break.  Some seven million of us skip it altogether and 70 per cent don’t even leave our desks!   While the results give Britain’s bosses over £22.66 billion of FREE manpower each year, here at Brindleyplace we believe taking a lunch hour helps improve concentration and boosts productivity.
